Locktec offers a comprehensive refurbishment service to return the scanner
to near new condition. We are so confident with our work and the quality
of the scanners that we offer a one year return to base warranty provided
on the work done for refurbished units.

Genuine
During refurbishment Locktec only uses genuine Fujitsu Ricoh manufactured parts,
rollers and consumables, the scanners are thoroughly cleaned inside and
out, the optics are calibrated to factory specifications and firmware is
updated to the latest available version.
Fixed Rate
Warranty repairs are offered at a fixed rate. The cost of all new parts
and return freight are quoted prior to proceeding with any work, terms and
conditions apply.
